1. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery. For large events and corporate orders, please contact us earlier to discuss your requirements.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery available for Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. Next-day delivery for Al-Ain and Northern emirates.

3. Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across all over UAE. Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on the location.

4. Can I collect my order from your location?

Yes. You may choose to collect your order directly from one of our food processing kitchens. We currently have pickup locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

5. How are the platters packaged?

All platters are carefully prepared and packed to maintain freshness and presentation during transit.

6. Are your products halal?

Yes. All products used in our platters are sourced from reputable suppliers and are suitable for consumption in the UAE.

7. Can I customize my platter?

Yes. We offer to customize or change the cheese on platters. Additional charges may added. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your preferences.

8. Do you cater for corporate events and special occasions?

Absolutely. We provide catering platters and grazing tables for corporate events, meetings, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and other special occasions.

9. Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes. We offer vegetarian-friendly platters in all 3 sizes. Hummus dip and sliced vegetables added to replace cold-cuts.

10. How should I store my platter?

For the best experience, keep your platter refrigerated and consume it on the day of delivery. We recommend removing it from the refrigerator 15–20 minutes before serving.

11. Can I schedule delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. While we strive to meet requested delivery times, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via debit and credit cards. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

13. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated due to preparation commitments.

14. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us via phone or WhatsApp within 6 hours of delivery and provide photos. We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
