Shipping policy

Cheese OnBoard will make sure that your platter is delivered chilled, no matter where you are in the United Arab Emirates.

We may use 3rd party logistic partners to facilitate our deliveries. We make sure that the environment is controlled while in transit and that you have the means, either by calling or tracking via a link, the status of your delivery.

While we try our level best to ensure that your platter is delivered within the slot scheduled at checkout, however we cannot guarantee any unforeseen events like roadblocks, traffic jams, accidents...etc. Cheese OnBoard cannot be liable for late deliveries if there is a reasonable cause. Such cases are rare, but we will do our best to inform you ahead of time.

Deliveries to the Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaima & Fujairah), including Al Ain and remote areas, are not guaranteed in the morning slot. We are currently unable to automatically disable the morning slot for these locations, but it is clearly noted on checkout.

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
